In October 2025, Mr. Cacho reached out to Element Exteriors for a roof inspection. During our visit, we discovered significant damage to his property and recommended filing a claim through his insurance provider.

Following the insurance inspection, it was determined that although the damage was substantial, it unfortunately wasn’t covered under his policy. The adjuster advised Mr. Cacho to consider a full roof replacement.

After reviewing his options, Mr. Cacho decided not only to replace the roof on his primary residence — but also on his second home right next door! Together, we selected the perfect colors and coordinated the installation dates, allowing our crew to complete both roofs in just two days.

Mr. Cacho was thrilled knowing that both of his homes are now fully protected and ready to stand strong for years to come.
